I created this UX design project for a florist application called Plant Magic.
You can view a Google slide presentation on the design process by following this link.
Here is the final design screen by screen.
After the design was completed, I added interactive connections in Figma to create a working prototype.
You can view the interactive prototype by following this link.
Please note: main navigation is functional, but not all aspects of the prototype are built out.
To give you an idea of where the design started, this is the first series of mockups done earlier in the process.
Here is a link to view the mockup interactively. Please note: not all features are functional.
In order to arrive at the above designs, this project follows UX design thinking steps: empathize, define, ideate, mockup, and prototype.
I conducted a research study and a competitive audit to get a baseline understanding of what the app should include.
I created personas, user journey maps, and affinity maps to increase my ability to empathize with users.

Finally, I created a usability study to find and incorporated feedback to fix any pain points for users.
Using feedback, the design moved from pen and paper sketches, to low fidelity wireframes, and then mockups, and finally high fidelity prototypes using Figma.
I designed all icons and logos used in the project and chose the color palette to compliment the content.
Final application design!
